We are offering businesses and organisations in the Perth, Perthshire, Dundee (Tayside) and North Fife area the following IT support options. Packages can be combined to best suit your requirements and budget. Server PackagesServer CareWe will monitor your server 24/7 using our remote monitoring tool and will perform regular housekeeping tasks to keep your server running optimally. You have the option of engaging us to resolve any issues beyond the scope of the regular housekeeping tasks at a preferred hourly rate. Server CoverThis service contains everything in the Server Care package, and also covers any work necessary to repair the server in the event of a problem. This provides you with peace of mind, knowing that any server issues will be dealt with at a fixed monthly cost. Only issues that cannot be resolved remotely will require an onsite visit. The service consists of telephone support, remote support and onsite support where appropriate. The service covers servers and associated operating systems as well as Broxden approved software. Where you have software which is covered by a separate supportagreement, such as Sage, support will be limited to liaising with the appropriate 3rd party support department where necessary. The service includes all necessary repairs and fitting of replacement parts. PC and Notebook PackagesPC SupportWe will provide unlimited telephone and remote support for your PC and Notebook hardware, software and users. Any problems that cannot be resolved on the telephone or by remote access will be charged at a preferred hourly rate. The service consists of telephone support and remote support. The service covers PCs, Operating systems and Broxden approved software. Where you have software which is covered by a separate support agreement, such as Sage, support will be limited to liaising with the appropriate 3rd party support department where necessary. PC Support PlusWe will provide unlimited telephone and remote support for your hardware, software and users as above but there is no extra charge if a site visit is required. This package provides you with complete PC and Notebook cover at a fixed monthly cost. The service consists of telephone support, remote support and onsite support where appropriate. The service covers PCs, Operating systems and Broxden approved software and includes all necessary repairs and the fitting of replacement parts. Where you have software which is covered by a separate support agreement, such as Sage, support will be limited to liaising with the appropriate 3rd party support department where necessary. IT Manager ServiceAD Hoc IT SupportIf you require IT support but don’t have a regular IT support contract or a prepaid support block, you can still benefit from the experience of our IT engineers. Our engineers can carry out any IT tasks required, either remotely or at your premises on an ad hoc hourly rate basis. Prepaid Support BlocksBy buying a block of prepaid support hours, you benefit from our Ad Hoc IT support service at a lower hourly rate. Regular IT Support ContractIf your business does not justify hiring full-time IT support staff, you could benefit from regular support from our experienced IT engineers. Our engineers will carry out any IT related tasks required, either remotely or at your premises as required. We offer preferred rates for businesses who agree to a regular weekly or monthly IT support contract. Combining ServicesIT Manager services can be combined with our Server and PC packages for extra peace of mind.
